1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the staffdigital.ai website and the contracting of StaffDigital AI’s artificial intelligence services.

2. Services

StaffDigital AI provides AI agent implementation and management services for customer service, sales, scheduling and support. Services include:

Configuration of AI agents with human voice
Channel integration (WhatsApp, phone, web chat, email)
CRM and calendar integration
Ongoing management and maintenance
Technical support

3. Contracting

Service contracting is formalised through a commercial proposal accepted by the client. Specific prices and conditions are detailed in each proposal.

4. AI Transparency

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), we inform that our services use artificial intelligence for customer service. Users interacting with our AI agents are informed that they are communicating with an automated system.

5. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Client data is processed on infrastructure located in the European Union.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design and content of StaffDigital AI is the property of the company. The client retains ownership of their data.

7. Limitation of Liability

StaffDigital AI does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated responses. Business decisions based on AI outputs are the client’s responsibility.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
